(1) Properly increase the surface area and volume of the oil tank, reasonably design the inner structure of the oil tank, increase the partition plate, and expand the heat dissipation. This can increase the travel of hydraulic oil from the outlet of the oil return pipe to the oil suction pipe, increase the residence time of hydraulic oil in the oil tank, enable it to play the role of heat dissipation of the oil tank wall and facilitate the bubbles in the hydraulic oil. If the space of the grader is limited and measures such as adding oil tank cannot be realized, the oil cooler shall be installed to forcibly dissipate heat.
(2) The pipeline design and installation in the hydraulic system shall be reasonable. The pipeline on the grader is long, so it is necessary to design and arrange the pipeline, correctly select the pipeline diameter, and try to reduce the bending of the steel pipe, so as to reduce the increased heat of the pipeline due to unreasonable installation.
(3) Test the hydraulic steering gear, the hydraulic valve and the overflow valve in the multi-channel directional valve. According to the pressure, flow and the requirements for hydraulic oil, and with reference to the test data, reasonably select the specification and model of the overflow valve; also consider the stable flow of the throttle valve; other valves should be selected according to the flow required by the circuit they are connected to. At the same time, the pressure of each valve shall be adjusted.
(4) Clean relevant components of the hydraulic system regularly to avoid abnormal wear of components and oil temperature rise due to impurities in the system.
