Four holes of track shoe rubber block

It is composed of rubber body, steel pipe, inclined end clamp and L-shaped end clamp. The long strip rubber body is wrapped outside the steel pipe crossing the rubber body. The upper part of one end of the rubber body is inclined and the upper part of the other end is L-shaped. The inclined end clamp is bolted outside the steel pipe at the inclined end of the rubber body, and the L-shaped end clamp is directly connected with the steel pipe through welding outside the track shoe at the L-shaped end of the rubber body.
Operating environment
The crawler shoe rubber block is mostly suitable for small light industry and small construction machinery industry.
The selection of working environment is as follows:
(1) The service temperature of rubber track is generally between - 25 ～ +55 'C.
(2) The salinity of chemicals, engine oil and sea water will accelerate the aging of the track. Wash the track shoes after use in such an environment
(3) The edge stone, ruts or uneven road surface of the road will cause cracks on the grounding side pattern of the track edge. Such cracks can continue to be used when they do not damage the internal steel pipe and iron parts.
