The tension wheel is a routine maintenance item. It usually needs to be replaced after 60000-80000 km. Usually, if there is an abnormal roar at the front of the engine or the position of the tension mark of the tension wheel deviates too much from the center, it means that the tension is insufficient. It is recommended to replace the belt, tensioner, idler and generator single wheel uniformly when the distance is 60000-80000km (or when the front-end accessory system makes abnormal noise).
