Paver accessories - track shoe iron plate
The commonly used track shoes are divided into single rib, three rib and flat bottom according to the grounding shape, and some of them also use triangular track shoes. The single rib track shoe is mainly used for bulldozers and tractors, because this kind of machinery requires the track shoe to have high traction capacity. However, it is rarely used on excavators. This kind of track shoe is only used when the excavator is equipped with a drill frame or requires a large horizontal thrust. The higher traction is required when turning, so the higher shoe bar (i.e. shoe prick) will squeeze away the soil (or land) between the shoe bars, thus affecting the mobility of the excavator.
Steel track shoes can be divided into two types: Excavator shoes and bulldozer shoes. These two types are commonly used, and profile steel is used as raw material. Another is the wet floor used by bulldozers, commonly known as "triangle", which is a cast plate. Another kind of casting plate is used on crawler cranes. The weight of this plate is as little as tens of kilograms, and as much as hundreds of kilograms.
